Why it matters
An uncorrected imbalance costs more than a balancing job
An unbalanced rotating component generates vibration, abnormal bearing wear and noise, shortening the machine’s service life and increasing maintenance costs.
Rotor analysis
Measurement of the dimensions, weight and characteristics of the component to be balanced.
Imbalance measurement
Instrumental measurement of the magnitude and position of the residual imbalance.
Correction & certification
Correction until the required tolerance is achieved, with certificate issued.
Reference standards
