What this channel is

Tekno4 provides employees, contractors, suppliers and other parties who interact with the company a channel to confidentially report misconduct, irregularities or violations of laws and regulations they become aware of in a work-related context.

How to report

A report should include a description of the facts, the context in which they occurred and, if available, supporting evidence.

Confidentiality and protection

The identity of the reporting person, where provided, is treated with the utmost confidentiality and disclosed only to staff authorised to handle reports. Tekno4 does not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who report in good faith.

Note

This channel is made available voluntarily, as part of Tekno4’s commitment to transparency. Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 on whistleblowing, sets out specific obligations to establish a structured internal reporting channel for private employers with at least 50 employees (or, regardless of the number of employees, for entities operating in regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance and anti-money laundering).
