Data Processing Notice.

Tekno4 di Roberto Guidi & C. Snc., as Data Controller, provides this notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/16 to any individual (hereinafter “data subject”) external to the organisation who interacts with the company and whose personal data the company may process.

What data we process

Data provided through the website. Personal data provided by those requesting information via the contact form is used solely to carry out such communications or the requested service, and retained for the period necessary to perform the service plus any legal retention periods.

Data sent voluntarily to our addresses. Voluntarily sending postal or electronic mail to the addresses indicated involves the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply, as well as any other personal data included in the correspondence.

Pre-contractual and contractual data. Identification and contact data provided for pre-contractual, contractual or legal obligations — which may also be used, in the Controller’s legitimate interest, to communicate commercial initiatives related to products/services already purchased, subject to the right to object.

Automatically collected data. Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) and data collected through cookies or similar technologies.

Why we process it

To respond to requests submitted through the contact form or direct communications, based on your free request.

For pre-contractual, contractual or legal obligations, and any commercial communications related to products/services already purchased, subject to your right to object at any time.

Providing your data

You are free to provide your personal data, but failure to do so may result in our inability to fulfil your request.

Who your data may be shared with

Collected data may be shared with companies performing functions closely connected and instrumental to the operation of Tekno4’s services (e.g. tax consultancy, archiving, administration, payments and invoicing), which are subject to the security measures required by applicable law, and with administrative and judicial authorities pursuant to legal obligations.

Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/16, you may at any time:

• obtain information on the existence of your data, its origin, purposes and methods of processing, and access it
• request updating, rectification, completion, erasure or restriction of processing
• object, on legitimate grounds, to processing — and withdraw consent at any time
• receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller (portability)
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali)

How long we retain your data

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes. Requests submitted through the contact form are retained for the period necessary to provide the service; pre-contractual/contractual data according to the rules on retention of administrative documentation; invoices and accounting documents for 11 years as required by law.

Data security

Data is processed using IT, manual and automated tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes, in accordance with the security measures required by GDPR 679/16.
